Mazda's path to more premium vehicles was paved by its incredible designers, and their deeply held philosophy that the passion that goes into building cars will translate into passion felt while driving them. We created a series of :15 ads tailored to social, with thumb-stopping opening visuals and pithy statements to express that philosophy.
Miata Polar Bear Club
To ring in the new year, we created a zero-budget nationwide social event, inviting Miata owners around the country to drive their convertibles with the tops down. Despite frigid temperatures, the event was a huge success, with over two dozen Miata clubs participating as well as countless individuals, and garnered earned media from enthusiast publications like Road & Track.
The Mazda Driver's Choice Event radio and social
Mazda's 2017 summer sales event took luxury car owners for a ride, asking them to test-drive three camouflaged vehicles under the guise of "market research." Little did they know that amongst the Mercedes, Audi, Acura, and Infiniti, they'd also be driving a Mazda -- and in fact picking it as their favorite. (Well, all but one guy. But who can blame him for falling in love with a Mercedes?)
