  • Led creative direction on digital projects for Chase for Business, the small business division of Chase Bank

  • Developed strategy and content for full-funnel customer journeys, including search-optimized (SEO) landing pages and targeted email campaigns

  • Led concepting and creative development for a Chase business coaching programs for small business owners

  • Helped lead the Honda automobiles website to #1 in customer satisfaction among mass market OEMs in the American Customer Satisfaction Index

  • Helped bring new and redesigned vehicles to market by crafting overarching themes and tone of voice that inform digital, social and national advertising platforms

  • Worked closely with UX and code teams to create user-friendly shopping tools
